The Power of Your Intention
I am looking forward to hosting a session for the Thrive Retreat, hosted by the British Columbia Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund this year.
THRIVE is happening virtually this year from March 4-6, 2022. This year is all about helping young adult burn survivors gain the confidence and skills they need in taking their next steps in adulthood.
I will be speaking about the power of setting intentions individually and collectively. I will also be guiding campers into a lovely meditation and some hypnosis!
