People are discovering that when you give of yourself and work in the healing and well being of others, you are working together for your own wellness and your own healing!
I am looking forward to holding meditations with participants through the Canadian Burn Survivor Community.
This weekly meditation includes:
20 minutes of discussion as we choose our healing challenge and design an intentional statement which is focused on our desired end result!
25 minutes of meditation in which about 10 minutes of this time includes focusing on our intention.
15 minutes of discussion with shared experiences and discoveries
It is amazing to see how participants begin noticing positive shifts in everyday life as these weekly meditations progress!
If you have a group interested in discovering the benefits of these focused meditations contact me today. I offer meditations online and in person out of my Kelowna based office in the sunny Okanagan.
A bit about the Canadian Burn Survivors Community….
The Canadian Burn Survivors Community (CBSC) is a community comprised of burn survivors, fire-fighters, burn unit staff, and advisors who have come together to offer support and education to any person or people that have been effected by burns.
The CBSC’s main objective is to help support the development of the psychological well being of burn survivors in Canada, support the sharing of materials and programs to educate citizens in the prevention of burns in Canada, and to encourage professional development of firefighters, health care providers and anyone affected by the trauma of burns in Canada.
